Senior Director University Lead Visa Singapore

Job Description
The Sr. Director, Visa University Singapore is a member of Visa Inc.'s Enterprise Learning and Development leadership team and is responsible for the student experience at Visa University Singapore as well as the efficient and effective delivery of all onboarding, leadership and professional skill programs across AP and CEMEA.


Responsibilities

Understand and prioritize the greatest business needs and develop an annual calendar of onboarding, leadership and professional skill offerings that will drive the greatest organizational performance improvements across AP and CEMEA.
Manage the student experience at Visa University Singapore, a state-of-the-art, best-in-class learning center designed for delivery of all AP and CEMEA leadership training (scheduled to open in May 2016).
Build, coach and develop a team of two facilitators (based in Singapore and Dubai) and one student experience leader who will coordinate and deliver (both in-person and virtually through our distance learning classroom) all onboarding, leadership and professional skill ILT programs and related learning transfer activities across AP and CEMEA.
Develop process for team members/students to input data into facilitator and classroom capacity planning tools. Consult real-time dashboards to ensure efficient use of our resources and adjust plans accordingly.
Develop and execute learning communication plans locally using appropriate channels to drive course enrollment.
Manage budget for T&E expense for all AP and CEMEA leadership training participants to attend programs in Singapore.
Develop summaries of the programs offered at Visa University Singapore and the people who attended for the Singapore Economic Development Board. Build and maintain relationship with the EDB and internal team members also responsible for our partnership (Tax, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience managing a corporate university.
Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability to deliver learning programs using single vehicle or blended approaches, including virtual and classroom-based instructor-led training (ILT), manager-led development, experience-based development, coaching and mentoring, peer-to-peer learning and eLearning.
Proven ability to drive efficient and effective delivery of ILT and virtual ILT leveraging administrative and facilitation resources.
Ability to develop and execute creative marketing plans to drive course enrollment and help define/shape a learning culture.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with senior leaders, business partners, internal customers and colleagues to drive business results.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Strong communication (written and verbal), consulting, stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning solutions.
Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Exceptional facilitation skills and experience managing/coaching a team of facilitators to deliver highly effective in-person and virtual programs.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Learning & Development role.
