Job Description:
Leads the development of APJ strategic business plans and marketing programs to accelerate revenue/margin and solutions sales in alignment with Dell’s solution Blueprints around Reference architectures and Engineered soutions. Identifies and develops alliances programs designed to produce sales opportuniti. Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining on-going company relationships with strategic partners and customers. Builds comprehensive go to market plans that jointly accelerate our alliances’ initiatives while effectively leading and influencing executive leadership within our Enterprise business.

· Establishes strategic partnerships with external organizations to provide product and service offerings to potential and existing clients

· Develops global strategic framework for our Alliance partnerships

· Leads company- to-company relationships to create solutions and develop competitive advantage for Dell and Alliance partner in the marketplace

· Analyzes business opportunities, assess potential markets, and develop strong business cases to scale revenue/margin and solutions sales

· Defines mutual goals and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliances, including comprehensive understanding and integration of Dell’s go to market plans with our alliance partners

· Evaluates market trends, product solutions and provides recommendations to Executive leadership

· Provides for financial analysis, long range forecasting and analysis of our Alliance partners performance

· Builds plans and ensures execution of programs in cooperation with our Enterprise business

· Frequently interfaces with clients and third party to develop broader alliances and identify additional opportunities for Dell solutions

· Leads strategic engagements and communications with our Alliance partners

· Ensures consistency and governance for global alliance programs and KPI attainment

· Manages funding for Dell and Alliance partners ensuring compliance to guidelines and KPIs

Role and Responsibilities

Qualifications And Education Requirements

· Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience

· Requires more advanced field sales experience at the CXO level

· Ability to travel regionally to Dell sales centers and events as needed

· Relays customer feedback to assist with the future development and selling of Dell’s technology, products, and services.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak in front of large audiences
