Job Description:
Provides governance of GBAM AML Compliance implementation and the Legal Entity On boarding tools (LEO) in alignment with regional and global AML Policy.
Responsibilities:
Partners with the line of business stakeholders to ensure overall governance and commitment to AML Responsible for AML Policy implementation for the Region and line of business
Partners with GFCC on AML Policy drafts to provide feedback for implementation in the GBAM line of business
Coordinates all regional change requests with key stakeholders
Manages the LEO Program and Releases
Manages the LEO user roles and entitlements as well as associated Access Request Management (ARM) for associate access to LEO
Manages the CRA submission, DRR update file review and reporting requirements based on GFCC – FIU policy guidelines
Manages the GFCC initiated client/account research and approved closure process
Responsible for the LEO new user training, documentation, support and any integration requests from key business partners

Experience working with Compliance and Audit
Ability to translate controls or policy to business and technology requirements
Experience working with multiple countries within the region
Technology understanding, specifically of software development and change procedures
Must have an executive edge, proactive and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management skills
Understanding of GBAM Business and E2E sales process
