We are looking to fill a key leadership position in Deloitte Digital.The individual will have a passion for co-creation, will understand the value of a diverse team and have a focus on delivering meaningful and differentiated experiences across all of their projects. The candidate will be able to recognize opportunities in the market and shape, design and deliver impactful digital advice and solutions to our clients. The candidate will also be expected to:

•Lead major accounts and client relationships
•Lead multi-disciplinary team to respond to bids or tenders
•Manage financials including: fees, invoicing, WIP and debt, track financial performance against key metrics
•Recruit top talent into Deloitte Digital
•Lead and inspire the team - mentoring and developing juniors.


Desired Skills and Experience
Background in a large strategy or advisory firm, having delivered digital strategy and advisory engagements for top end of town clients.
Have demonstrated expertise in the Digital Strategy field and are recognised for their eminence.
Have built a strong reputation as a subject matter expert in the Digital landscape
Be able to translate strategy into a meaningful implementation path in collaboration with Design and Technology colleagues
