Benefits Manager, South Asia
(this position is based in Singapore)
Manage benefit administration for Asia South subregion
Manage benefit administration and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines/policies
Lead annual benefit renewals for medical, retirement and life insurance benefits in line with benefits strategy
Accountable for governance of company retirement plans in accordance with local legislation
Communicate benefit programmes via websites, training sessions and on-boarding programmes
Continually review market trends and recommend appropriate benefit alternatives
Develop annual budget and monitor throughout the year
Recommend improvements to systems, processes and benefit plans
Support HR and staffing in the creation of offers to candidates
Consult to HR and management on country benefits and market trends
Participate in global and regional projects

Desired Skills & Experience
Skills
8-10 years of experience, including 4-5 years benefits administration experience in a multi national
Deep understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
Ability to define and support benefit parameters required in HRMS and payroll systems
Vendor and broker management experience
Concern for detail and accuracy
Commerce Degree
