Job Description:
Work with the GM SEA to spearhead the advertising sales strategy for all SE Asia markets; determining whether we should be selling directly or working through reps; identifying the strongest reps and then ensuring we are focused on maximizing their performance; managing the SE Asia Ad sales team including sales, ad sales marketing and commercial operations; personally developing clients; ensuring that products are designed to maximize their commercial value.
Responsible for turning advertising sales into a major engine of growth for Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all advertising activities for individual SEA markets.
Responsible for identifying, managing and incentivizing sales reps.
Responsible for managing and motivating ad sales team.
Responsible for revenue targets and all associated costs.
Sell Airtime and Cross Channel Integrated Media Solutions to World-Class Organizations
Accountable for the full sales cycle, customer-facing activities, through building strong sales pipelines
Qualify new prospects, gather requirement specifications, utilize DNAPs’ suite of solutions and methodologies to quote, propose, negotiate and close the sales
Excellent account management of clients, establishing excellent relationships and creating the highway to up-sell and cross-sell for more new businesses
Participate actively in sales calls and pitch reviews, demonstrating excellent sales and closing skills
Maintain an accurate database for prospects and existing clients on an on-going basis
Manage client relationships and work with all levels within the client organization
Proactively establish new contacts and develop/maintain senior-level relationships
Conduct great sales presentation and apply return on investment and total cost of ownership analysis to sales situations
Interact with Regional and IAS teams to maximize efficiencies of incoming advertising.
Lead strategic sales planning
Develop quarterly strategy plan, weekly and projection reports
Meet budgetary goals set by Company

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, with domain knowledge in broadcast/cable advertising
Candidate must be able to demonstrate proven track record in leading and closing complex TV advertising deals with media agencies and clients
Good knowledge in structuring creative deals for clients
Minimum 8 years progressive experience in sales and sales management
In-depth knowledge of TV media offerings, products and services
Familiar with media measuring tools to provide more insights to enhance the closing process
Sales driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced industry
Strong existing client relationships and good interpersonal skills
Problem analysis and solving skills, good sales negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write proposals, reports and business correspondences
Excellent presentation skills and able to articulate and interact well with clients at senior management levels
Excellent English language skills – addition SEA language a bonus
Demonstrate positive attitude to hunt for new business and the ability to innovate and meet advertisers’ business objectives to foster long term business partnerships with clients and agencies
