Job Description:
Manage transactional and solutions business in countries through agreed business plans and action/performance follow up with country champions
Strong cross BU collaboration with Buildings, IT, Industry and Infrastructure business units
Focus on target countries: new economies, or countries in which the line of business has a market share gap (except for new launches, which are global)
Strong project pipeline management and closing of business for target segments
Support Launches of new offers with offer deployment team
Embrace the full offer portofolio of the Line of business (power monitoring, software & energy servers, solutions/services by segment)
Support the countries to achieve profitable growth on existing offers : price positionning,
promotion plans, specific BD actions
Monitor prices and profitability per offer/country
Together with the country, build and agree on a long term growth plan ; share ambition
and means to achieve it
Ensure continuous and dynamic market animation by introduction of upgrades
Close business contacts, identify competitors's play, local pratice, regulations, offer gaps
Feed offer management for needed adaptations
Feed offer marketing with relevant infos on market trends, competitors moves,
regulation changes
Define needs and timing for customer and Front office people training
Drive country competency mapping and run action plans to continuously upgrade them
Implement action plans for channels partners with countries (Distribution, System integrators, ecoXpert)
Lead forecast process for the line of business in the region of responsibility
Support global selling and large projects (e.g. SGBD, PEC, Solutions...)
Coordinate Business Development actions with other lines of business and other BUs
Organize, lead and motivate the team ; attract, build talent, develop and value others
Job Requirements:

University Diploma (BAC + 5) in technical or commercial scope. MBA in an international business school is an asset
Fluent in English and preferably experience in Energy Management, Solutions Selling and Marketing Management
5 years of professional experience with sales or marketing in country or in BU. International experience in an operational subsidiary, or SE Sales & Marketing Centers is an advantage
Demonstrate strong capacities to influence and build coalition
Analytical and result oriented
Able to present clearly with a good synthesis mind and strong level of creativity in business matters
Able to multitask and a team player
