Shutterstock is looking for an experienced sales manager to run the APAC enterprise sales team. This person will be responsible for helping to develop and execute new business opportunities, manage a pipeline, as well as grow existing enterprise accounts.
The primary objectives of the Shutterstock APAC Sales Director are to achieve revenue targets, drive customer satisfaction, grow market share, expand and grow the adoption of Shutterstock’s enterprise products, and to build and lead a team of high performing individuals to help customers understand and realize the full potential of the Shutterstock collection and products.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute sales strategy across within the APAC territory, including Japan
Manage the enterprise pipeline and ensure that the team has a sufficient pipeline to meet revenue targets
Grow headcount as needed based on customer needs and revenue targets
Play an intricate role in the development of enterprise sales products based on long term customer needs
Drive understanding of competitor strategies across enterprise sales landscape
Provide input on marketing and content strategies relevant to key customer segments
Mentor and develop skill sets and strategic thinking of European Sales Team
Develop a strategy to grow key customer market segments across publishing, pharma, finance, media, and advertising
Call on industry contacts to assist with product and marketing research efforts
Act as an expert voice within the organization for enterprise sales

Desired Skills & Experience

Sales management experience from the same industry a must.
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Proven track record of successful sales exceeding goals and quotas.
Proven track record of building sales teams in the APAC territory.
Proven track record of successful management of tenured sales executives in the APAC territory.
Experience selling enterprise products to large organizations.
Mature, credible, and seasoned sales/sales management executive who has proven himself/herself inside successful and relevant companies and the ability to conceive, develop, and articulate a coherent sales strategy and methodology, including accurate forecasting capabilities and sales plans.
History of gaining access to high-level decision makers controlling large budgets and must understand the unique needs of customers, different business models along with being willing and able to customize deals to present solutions.
Possesses the insight into potential customers needs and is proactive in pursuing those needs in potential future clients.
Possesses a strong belief in and passion for Shutterstock's market value and potential.
