Job Description
The candidate should have a history of delivering Hardware, Software, and solutions to market. The Product Manager, Energy Management Devices position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver products to market.
Responsibilities
• Define the product line strategy and roadmap
• Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding use cases
• Manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Work with US and Singapore engineering, product, and logistics teams to deliver products to market
• Support the sales process in Asia Pacifi c region as required
• Develop and maintain a competitive products and solutions matrix
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, An MBA would be preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defi ning and launching consumer or professional hardware/ software products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background - Experience in Hardware or Software Systems is a strong plus
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Driven and able to work independently
- This position is based in Singapore and will requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Europe (25%)
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
