HP Cloud GTM organization is hiring a HP Cloud Marketing Manager, APJ to developing market awareness and demand generation of HP Cloud hero products for enterprises to build their own cloud, integrate and manage hybrid cloud services. This includes CloudSystem, Cloud Service Automation and cloud management software, Cloud Professional Services and Enterprise Cloud Services.

You will have the opportunity to define the marketing program objectives, investments, execution plan, returns expected and success metrics, and then execute the plan to deliver the expected results to the Global Marketing Director and Cloud APJ Sales VP. You will own the achievement of the marketing KPIs on the assigned scope (new pipeline, revenue from new pipeline, total won). You will achieve this by;
• Working with country resources to develop the country programs, and bring the countries to execution on their KPIs
• Interfacing with the sales and BU leaders at regional and country level to get buy in on programs and deliver on joint execution.
• Owning the sell-to and sell-with programs at regional and country level (key deliverables for thought leadership, demand generation activities, funding, and execution). This will include interfacing the WW Demand Generation team on developing the right campaign assets, providing country feedback, as well as adapting and running country specific programs such as roundtables, roadshows and telemarketing.
• Develop and own GTM scorecard/dashboard and associated metrics/goals/ benchmarks; track/report progress against them. Own tracking marketing results in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Assist with the development of sales training materials, AR/PR activities and the preparation and execution of key events.

Qualifications

With 10-12 years directly related previous work experience in solution marketing, demand generation, campaign execution and channel marketing in a high tech industry, you will demonstrate solid background in running programs at regional and country level, the ability to work with countries to develop a program and bring it to execution and expertise in HP Cloud portfolio offerings, customer segments, market dynamics in PAJ region and account-based marketing. You will have managed large and complex sell-to and sell-with demand generation programs, marketing KPI’s and result tracking processes (new pipeline, revenue from new pipeline, total won) and experience with social media marketing would be a plus.
