An exciting opportunity for an IT Service Assurance Manager has opened up in our Seletar office.

Key Accountabilities
You will ensure that the delivery of service is monitored and maintained to the levels defined within agreed Service Level Agreements and contracts.
You will develop effective partnerships with Key Supplier Contracts and Customer Service Delivery Manager to identify and implement potential service improvements
You will act as an escalation point for the delivery of changes and resolution of service issues between Customer and Suppliers to ensure effective and timely communication
You will oversee the management of the budget specific to the owned Services and make recommendations on all budget activities within scope to assist in management of the budget.
You will ensure effective partnerships to resolve key contractual, service assurance and escalated operational issues (noting the responsibility for initial operational issues rests elsewhere) , ensure effective and timely communication, process and policy adherence and supplier performance across the Ecosystem .
You need to proactively manage all technical issues to ensure world class IT services are delivered to Rolls Royce customers and end users
You need to provide appropriate demand signals to the Capacity Management capability and assure its effective management.
You need to develop effective partnerships across the Ecosystem to assure supplier performance against the Contract using the Operating Model to ensure a consistent approach to supplier management when appropriate, to recommend cost savings whilst protecting service levels
You need to assure the delivery of specific technical service components through the Service Introduction Process.
You need to take the initiative to develop Supplier Management skills (as well as other skills, knowledge and behaviours) necessary to leverage supplier performance
