A promotion to a global role within the Hexagon family means that we are looking to bring in a high performing leader to work with the APAC team. You will be primary responsibility is to direct the Asia Pacific regional marketing team in the planning, development, execution and tracking of regional industry marketing programs in alignment with global corporate strategy. In addition the you will be responsible for managing corporate brand continuity throughout the regions to ensure global brand compliance and consistency. As well as provide industry and market analysis and strategic marketing direction.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute region/country industry specific marketing plans in line with the regional growth and revenue objectives, in alignment with sales strategies and marketing goals. This includes leverage and customization of corporately provided global marketing programs for APAC needs.
Consult and provide APAC Sales priority inputs to the global marketing program team.
Manage the regional marketing team to ensure quality and timely execution of regional marketing plans within established budgets.
Develop and execute marketing awareness programs customized for the APAC region to enable the achievement of targeted metrics.
Manage, track and report on regional marketing awareness programs and lead development, on a quarterly and annual basis.
Generate targeted numbers of client reference material per year, which are made available for Sales use worldwide.
Direct the localization of industry marketing materials and programs, sales support tools, web presence and other marketing programs.
Provide low cost translation service for relevant sales tools, web content and other marketing programs
Provide Country-specific market and competitor analysis
Provide interpretation and counsel to Senior Management regarding marketing communications strategies including the governance of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement.
Recommending and managing the internal dissemination of company news, announcements and other communications
Develop and execute pre/post sales specific customer company-wide campaigns to increase awareness penetration
Convey the company message through the direction of the organisation’s marketing communications strategies including media coverage, press release and media articles.
Manage the global brand continuity and compliance throughout the regional marketing programs, materials, collateral and other materials as define by the organizational brand guidelines.
