Job description
Recruit & appoint additional remittance registration touch points to serve new remittance streams.
Plan and organize roadshow to promote m-remittance Features, Attributes and Benefits.
Negotiate & recruit new external cash-in & self-serve top-up distribution points.
Introduce new internal top-up channels.
Strengthening Prepaid Sales at Chain Retailers by innovating and introducing ePOS prepaid airtime top-up to totally eliminate out-of-stock and maximize sales opportunity.
Expand SIM sales by aggressive promoting 3G/4G sales.
Fortify branding visibility to stay top of mind among shoppers & retail staff.
Conduct back-to-back consumer promotion to drive impulse purchases.
Growing Self-Serve Channel Awareness & Penetration by enhancing branding visibility to drive incremental top-up frequency and create promotion differentiation to increase average top-up transaction amount.
Introduce new non-traditional sales distribution channel to realise long-term sales vision of 'Always Within Reach'.
Widen distribution in terms of convenience touch points as one Prepaid Sales competitive advantage.
Spearhead sales distribution to penetrate inbound passenger traffic.
Liaise with IDA on Prepaid Matters to enhance TD-Prepaid SIM retailers' ethics and strengthen Prepaid SIM data integrity with regulated cleansing and weeding.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing.
More than 6 years of working experience, preferably in the retail/sales environment
At least 3 years in a senior management position, overseeing a team of sales/account management staff in a dynamic environment.
A good team player and highly motivated, goal-oriented individual
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
Analytical and planning skills.
