Digital Account Director - Dentsu Mobius - Singapore

Job description

We are seeking a Digital Account Director to act as strategic account lead for the agency’s new business efforts, and for its most important existing client relationships.

As Digital Account Director, you will lead strategic account direction to deliver strategies, solutions, tools and services to clients, which enable them to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities include:-

Managing overall agency /client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
Find new business opportunities within existing set of clients through upselling or cross-selling digital services
Participate in winning potential high net worth clients through pitching
Manage, motivate and inspire a team of Account Managers to develop and implement projects flawlessly
Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning, digital specialists and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies
Manage campaign execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point
Utilize project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members
Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets

Desired Skills and Experience

Applicants must be resident in Singapore or relocating to Singapore within a short time frame.

To perform this job successfully, you should have a comprehensive understanding of:

Digital Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
Develop and manage Website Design, Content, Information Architecture, Functionality and conduct Usability Testing
Experience using a CMS and an understanding of the impact they have on Web Development and SEO
Ability to articulate directions to different stakeholders within the agency and within client organization to effect positive change/improvements to the project/campaign
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
