Job Description:
The role of the McDonald’s Business Development Director is to ensure TCCC BUs and individual markets focus on McDonald’s as a strategic, priority customer. To design, build, influence & assist with the execution of regional business plans & beverage strategies. This includes the growth of the existing core business & development of new categories within McDonald's (tea, coffee, juice etc.) Influence company, bottler & McDonald’s senior leadership at both market & region level, in regards to prioritisation of key initiatives, NPD, CAPEX, DME, QMP & talent resources. Steward business performance via regular routines & reviews with local/regional company, bottler & McDonald’s leadership. Ensure agreed JBP, Collaborating for Value & SPI disciplines/routines are adhered to by the markets. Execute a thorough McDonald’s on boarding and induction process for new associates, conduct skill set analysis for existing talent in each country to identify capability gaps and facilitate company approved training modules continually to build capability,
identify a runway of new local talent for succession planning. Provide subject matter expertise, best practice sharing and strategic leadership to support countries across Asia. This role has volume and profit accountability for McDonald’s at both a country and group level.

PROFITABLY EXPAND INTO NEW CATEGORIES
