Job Description:
A new program to setup APAC back office infrastructure is being initiated. This is a major, multi-year program of work updating the Finance and Operations infrastructure for most locations in APAC.
This Is a Senior Role For An Experienced Program Director (PD) To Lead This Program. The PD Will Be Accountable For The
Set-up, mobilization, and governance setup
Target Operating Model (TOM) definition and program design
Execution planning and then delivery (multi-year)
Key sponsors and stakeholders will include the regional and country leads for Finance, Operations and IT, as well as other senior stakeholders. The program is at an early stage and the initial efforts on mobilization, governance, TOM elaboration, etc. will be complex, given the cross-department and country participation.
Essential: Delivery of large multi-year, multi-country, cross department programs in large MNC banks
Essential: Program lead role in a delivery program of similar size and complexity
Essential: In-depth experience in Finance and/or Operations processes in large MNC banks (investment/private bank preferred)
20+ years of experience in Banking with recent experience in a bank similar to CS
Leading definition of TOM for Finance and/or Operations in a similar bank to CS
Effective communicator with strong influencing skills with senior Business and IT Stakeholders
Structured approach to scope, time, cost, quality and risk management
In-depth understanding of large program hygiene processes
