Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Technical Operations function in support of both the Enterprise Facilities Management strategic plan and priorities
• Oversee, lead and develop the Self-Perform, Maintenance Excellence, Energy and Technical Services delivery as the leader of the Technical Operations function
• Work collaboratively with Account Leadership , Regional and Global Leadership to implement products and programs to support the strategic plan and properties for the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business

• Support the solutions development efforts via providing Technical SME advice and input into proposals, client presentations, workshops and other mediums and forums to achieve divisional growth targets
• Build Technical management talent across the region through inventorying and evaluating Platform and Account resource, skills and capabilities while assisting in career development of those resources
• Lead a “Global Knowledge Network” of regional Technical leadership talent in monthly round table discussions, and assisting senior management with evaluation of new Technical management talent
• Leverage, contribute and use the Engineering & Maintenance best practices library and standards in-line with global requirements
• Maintain currency with all major Engineering & Maintenance industry groups, and Engineering & Maintenance industry trends, and Technical SMEs in other Regions and at a Global level
• Support and contribute to Due Diligence, Transitions and Transformation programs and initiatives through providing SME
• Be a Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) ambassador both within the mandate of your role and the wider organization
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Engineering or Property related position
• Education to degree level within the Engineering or property related discipline including Facilities or Property Management
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents incl ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
• Ability to write reports, manuals and articles using distinctive style
• Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
• Possess expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment
• Draw upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
