Position Summary
Drive Visa transactions and grow revenues for Singapore through the planning and execution of marketing strategies for Visa brand and products across key stakeholders, consumer and business cardholders, client banks and merchant partners.

Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Head of Marketing for SEA, Country Manager and key local teams (product & acceptance) to develop and implement powerful marketing activities that are aligned to local and business priorities
2. Provide support to clients on advertising and promotional campaigns, including the development of co-marketing campaigns
3. Partner with Business Development managers to sell in marketing plans & Visa assets to clients and ensure they are powerfully leveraged
4. Develop thorough business case and agency briefing documents for each marketing initiative
5. Increase client leverage, define performance indicators and measure success
6. Manage the day-to-day relationships with Visa’s creative, media, digital & other agency partners
7. Ensure that all marketing programs are in line with global brand and campaign guidelines and take into account global best practices
8. Review the effectiveness of all marketing programs and formulate plans to continuously improve performance, supporting the implementation of research projects as appropriate and providing results to support the business needs
9. Manage Singapore’s marketing budget

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with excellent performance in marketing management and sales (at least 5 years’ experience at Marketing / Product Manager level
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
• Confidence and ability to sell and negotiate with senior managers
• Ability to plan and execute contingencies
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, fluid environment
• Entrepreneurial and ability to take initiative
• Ability to ‘see the big picture’, make decisions and work with minimum supervision
