Position Summary
This is a Senior Director role in the Global Solutions organization that is focused on partnering with National Payment Systems. It is a global role, which requires an emphasis on both strategy and business development. Working in conjunction with central bankers, clients, international institutions (the World Bank, IFC etc.), regulatory bodies, and Visa country management and other functional stakeholders, across a wide geography, this role will help define partnership opportunities, identify risk mitigation strategies, and develop new solutions and product/service requirements to meet these market needs. This position will be based out of Singapore.

Responsibilities

1. Develop integrated strategies and execute NPS initiatives in key countries
• Work in conjunction with country management and functional management (processing, product, government relations, corporate relations, acceptance, risk, etc.) to develop and execute country-specific partnership and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop strategic frameworks enabling countries to collaborate and work with National Payment Systems across a range of issues
• Working in conjunction with appropriate teams, proactively engage with key stakeholders (including clients, central banks, regulators, etc.) to enable successful planning and execution
2. Develop common solutions that support the group objectives
• Evaluate challenges and needs across markets to identify opportunities for common solutions
• Formulate and develop new solutions, products and services that facilitate countries to work with National Payment Systems
• Develop country case studies, white papers, best practices, research, webinars, etc. as part of the NPS center of excellence

Qualifications

Professional
• Bachelor degree. MBA or other advanced degree an advantage
• 12-15 years of experience in leading strategy projects and working with senior management

Technical
• Analytical and strategic acumen
• Strong knowledge of payment network industry

Business
• Strong interpersonal and execution skills
• Able to manage work in different time zones effectively
• International experience a plus
