Director - Office Commercial Product Marketing - APAC

Office 365 is changing the game for companies of all sizes, by offering Cloud based enterprise tools for better communication and collaboration. It is helping companies provide enterprise class IT solutions that are easy to set up and use. It is enabling employees to work anytime, anywhere, across any platform or device.

We are searching for a strong regional leader who can successfully drive a 1 Billion business and market share for both Office on-prem and Office 365 in Enterprise segments. This marketing Director is accountable for creating a consistent multi-year business strategy as well as executing and attaining the current year’s revenue, scorecard, and share targets for one of Microsoft’s biggest bets.

This mission critical, cross-organizational senior leadership role will ensure that we bring together all of our assets from around the company to successfully market and grow revenue and share through a consistent, comprehensive, and agile field operating model. As a direct report of the Microsoft Office Division Business Group Leader, this Marketing Director must possess excellent executive communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to effectively interface with employees, partners, and customers of all levels. The ability to proactively work and have a positive influence across diverse internal and external constituents is required.

Responsibilities include:
- Owning the final accountability for meeting the Business Group’s financial and share goals
- Defining the regional business strategy and vision for Office and Office 365 for Enterprise and CA Group.
- Representing the results and needs of APAC to corporate headquarters
- Contributing to target setting, budgeting, planning, and resource allocation related to Office and Office 365 in Enterprise
- Tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and engaging with key stakeholders to track the performance of the business
- Understanding and responding to the APAC market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Evangelizing product value proposition and positioning/messaging internally and externally (customers, partners, press, analysts)
- Directing and coaching the community of Office Commercial product marketing leads and sales and service specialist roles across APAC

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, strongly preferred in the software industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer sciences (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in Cloud computing and Enterprise Selling a strong plus
- Strong Analytical mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and success defining and driving complex businesses strategies in a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal communications and cross-group collaboration skills, including with executive audiences
