Job description
The Director of Business Solutions and Services role is in APAC theater reporting to the Senior Vice President , World wide professional services. Aspect is looking for a seasoned executive that is able to lead the organization with the introduction of innovative business solutions that enhances customer value and to drive the professional services business in APAC.
The Director of Business Solutions and Service will lead and manage a team of specialist Regional Professional Services Managers, Business Innovation Consultants and Architects across the APAC geography and provide the vision, leadership and execution to meet the company’s business objectives. The position shall be based in Singapore.
The Director of Business Solutions and Services has overall functional management responsibilities for solution consulting and professional services where he/she is expected to provide functional leadership to the Solution Consulting Managers who report to the Country Managers. The primary responsibility of the role is in teaming with the sales force to sell Aspect business solutions for customer interaction and workforce management that maximizes the customer value and meet revenue, margins and utilization targets for education and professional services
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Own the revenue and bookings plan for services (professional services) in APAC.
Own the weekly bookings and revenue forecast for services line of business
Develop business solutions for the APAC theater aligned to the overall company plan to increase customer value.
Leverage and deliver thought leadership/innovative solutions for sales, customer services and collections in the chosen territories and market segments.
Improve the client facing model between services and sales such that engagement is joint and not sequential.
Maximize inter-region efficiencies of specialist SC resources for Workforce Optimization.
Organize the delivery function to ensure competencies in program/project management, resource management and functional/technical practice lines with clear ownership and accountability in delivery.
Transform the business innovation selling focus on higher value solution selling focused on business outcomes and not product technology features.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of business solutions and professional services management experience in enterprise solutions in Asia.
