The Successful Candidate will be able to:
Collaborate with large clients to uncover needs and develop high impact leadership development solutions for sustained results.
Develop a portfolio of customers utilizing the Blanchard difference and unique propositions.
Build and manage a profitable, high growth business with a focus on large accounts.
Create long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Partner with Blanchard’s expert consultants and trainers on client initiatives.
Work closely with the Asia Pacific Managing Director on business development strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience
The Successful Candidate will have:
Passion for our clients and industry
Strong business acumen
The ability to uncover, propose, present and win large business
Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales goals while managing profit margins.
Bachelor’s Degree but an Advanced Degree is a plus
Five years previous consultative selling experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
