Procurement Senior Manager - Dell - Singapore

Job description
Develop strategies to improve overall supplier scorecard performance, including quality, as well as report on supplier performance
Chair and align strategic roadmaps and metrics to achieve Worldwide Procurement (WWP) business objectives
Manage, develop and release Request for Quotation (RFQ) to potential suppliers, and make recommendations to support product cost targets and supplier diversity initiatives
Track and monitor new technology development, and support supplier integration with Dell strategy
Drive the ongoing analysis and negotiation of product costs and contracts
Perform and communicate supply chain cost forecasting based on trend analysis and market conditions
Contribute to the development of a three-year strategy and planning process including long-range roadmaps and capacity analysis
Develop, manage and implement key projects to achieve strategic initiatives
Lead and manage a team of Global Commodity Managers and Global Supply Managers


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
MBA is a plus
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from an MNC environment
Experience in the Printer Industry would be an advantage
Excellent business and financial acumen with change management and supply chain management knowledge
Good strategic planning and risk management skills
Good market research, trend analysis and negotiation skills
Advanced team building skills and the ability to organize a high-performance Commodity Team
