Sales and Business Development Engineer Manager - KNX - ABB - Singapore
Job description
Specifying, influence, presenting, promoting ABB's i-Bus KNX system.
Support and collaborate with System Integrator channel in project pursuits with presentations to end-users, sample submissions, etc.
Follow up closely and keeping updated on both current and future projects.
Provide budgetary quotation and specifications for all customers, if necessary working as a team with the SI channel, Product Marketing, etc.
Constant and regular meet up with System Integrators for job pursuits.
Improve & maintain a good relationship between ABB and our customers.
Proactive in project pursuits, to be "on top of situation" on all focused project pipelines.
Provide “one-stop” service support to customers.
Meeting KPI targets yearly.
Collaborate with cross team and be independent on the other hand to meet Developers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors & Electrical Contractors for projects.
Initiate cold calls to new and upcoming project’s related parties, stakeholders.
Keep up with market updates on competitor’s product.
Attend Bi-Weekly meeting to report project pursuit’s progress and targets.
Small-Large Presentations to customer on a regular basis
Meet and exceed the country KNX budget every year.
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Intelligent Building Technology, Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Marketing / Business or equivalent related qualification.
Preferably 5-10 years of sales/marketing/technical experience in similar industry.
Strong fundamental market and customer network to execute business activities and achieve sustainable growth result an advantage.
Positive attitude & sense of responsibility.
Must be an independent but a team player, to collaborate across team of various functions.Willingness to learn and explore new technology.
