Job description
Pacific Product Ops is seeking a Product Operations Senior Manager to manage end-to-end product readiness, from localization, regulatory compliance, master data management to product launches. The candidate will responsible for managing a team of cross-functional SMEs to drive best-in-class time to market, ensure all products are fully compliant in accordance to regulations, deliver product launches & key initiatives for the region. This role collaborates closely with a variety of functions. They include Operations (Supply Demand Planning, Logistics, Reseller Ops etc), Sales, Marketing, legal, Compliance and Government Affairs. The majority of work is done under strict confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of multiple disciplines including order management & fulfillment, supply demand management, manufacturing, logistics fulfillment, and product management. This role requires a strong leader who can make things happen, lead the resolution of issues, keep people on schedule, mind every detail, and operate under conditions of incomplete information and extreme ambiguity with agility and comfort. Effective communication, exceptional project management and problem solving skills are essential.

Description
Drive & Manage Change
Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities.
Document and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaborations. Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership and customer-focused approach.
Effectively Manage launch plan of record or product roll-in/cut-in for Operations, providing timely updates and elevating critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams as required.
Ensure Flawless execution of POR
Drive postmortem analysis for each launch to capture learnings for continuous process improvement. Develop time dependency models for key launch activities including logistical lead times by country.
Ensure process integration across organization, both regionally and globally.
Develop a management system to measure team’s success.
Build and develop a high performing team in support of the goals above.
International Travel may be required
Education
Minimum 10 years experience in Operations in a consumer electronics environment.
BS/BA degree required. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
At least 4-6 years of proven people management experience.
Track record of successfully leading complex projects in New Product Introductions, Supply Demand Planning, Order Management, Logistics or Product Operations within a consumer electronics organization.
