Job description
• Manage all aspects of Reverse Logistics Asia Pacific Supply Chain (SC) activities involving both inward and outward shipments. Assist with Forward Logistics as needed.
• Drive Reverse Logistics cost reduction efforts for region
• Manage day-to-day relationship for RVL Depots, 3PL Suppliers and appointed partners
• Work closely with the global Reverse Logistics team in driving strategic initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams via order processing, product management and sales, to ensure efficient inventory availability and customer satisfaction on logistics issues
• Issue & manage PO requisitions for Asia business
• Review and provide signatory approvals for all invoices for RVL Depots, 3PL Suppliers and appointed Exchange centers for Asia business
• Liaison between regional Sales team, Advanced technical support teams, Global SC team and regional suppliers
• Support & lead Inventory planning and management process for the region
• Manage day to day RMA Operations at Exchange centers and distributors
• Handles escalation matters raised by Exchange centers
• Setting up RMA processes at Exchange centers and Distributors
• Carry out quarterly reviews at selected suppliers
• Drive for improvements to meet agreed KPIs at selected suppliers
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned
