Distribution Finance

Distribution Finance Team
Distribution finance team is a global team with its regional presence in EMEA, APJC and Americas. APJC team as a finance business partner works with the regional leadership for partner organization. Team is spread across in different parts of the region. Singapore being the regional HQ the person who joins the position will be working closely with the senior executives of the partner organization in the region.

Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will lead APJC Distribution Finance and partner with Distribution Regional Leader, Sales and Partner teams to lead and maintain critical financial processes, such as forecasting, analysis and goaling support. This includes creating financial/data packages and understanding, analyzing and presenting key trends that impact the business, thus better equipping management to drive the business.
• Manage APJC Distribution Finance team
• Run weekly, biweekly and 5Q sales and revenue forecasting process , including improving accuracy, understanding forecast drivers, and close collaboration with APJC distribution sales and local finance teams
• Manage team that supports POS, inventory and claiming process for APJC distributors
• Support the inventory management for the distributors in the APJC region
• Conduct distribution audits
• Lead engagement with GEO and cross functional Teams for initiatives and programs
• Manage APJC Distribution Contra and Opex budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and present executive level presentations on business performance (bookings, discounts, Contra, OPEX, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or business with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
