Job description
Tactical planning and strategize the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
Conduct intensive market research & analyse customers’ insights
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve targets
Ensure sales are maximised through monitoring of activities and evaluate business initiatives
Take ownership on all client relationship activities
Build and maintain professional relationships and coordinate with key clients with the objective on recurring revenue streams
Keep abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape
Provide effective leadership in business operations to achieve the business objectives and operating revenue & profit
Work together with the VP (Global Operations) to optimize operational process and infrastructure
Responsible for overall company’s budget to meet financial goals
Foster a success oriented working environment
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally holds a Business related Master Degree from a reputable University
10-15 years of extensive experience in the Management level
Significant background from the technology finance industry
Impressive portfolio in business development / client relations
Strong sense of responsibility
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership skills
Intelligent and self-motivated
High level of confidence and integrity
