Job description
The Regional TV Licensing Executive, is responsible for managing TV sales and distribution for all Paramount product across multiple media (Pay Television, SVOD, Basic Television, Free Television, FVOD/AVOD) covering Singapore and other regions.



Summary of Role Responsibilities:

Working independently, the Director, Regional TV Licensing shall drive existing and new client sales in territory, with guidance from senior management in Los Angeles, and support from Sales Strategy & Support Team. Specific duties include:
Strategize and execute output and package sales from:
(i) Pro-active market evaluation and sales strategy.
(ii) Creation of programming packages and client presentation.
(iii) Package negotiation.
(iv) Driving sales across all platforms and actively seeking out new licensees.
Main point of contact for all queries and deals in territory.
Cultivate and upkeep sales relationships with all prospective and current licensees, and provide market intelligence to management on request.
Perform ad-hoc specialty sales and/or theatrical marketing projects as needed in assigned sales territory or other regional territories if required.
Attendance at all relevant sales conferences (for example, MIP, MIPCOM, NATPE, L.A. Screenings).
Work closely with Sales Strategy/Support Team, to ensure deals are properly documented and followed through on each agreement to completion, verifying servicing and payments.
As requested, assist Finance in projecting future revenue.
Maintain strong knowledge of current and library titles.

Desired Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Essential
Extensive sales experience across multiple television media
Significant previous experience working at a senior level
Significant relevant industry experience
Significant Television Distribution experience within Region, and established base of sales relationships.
Outgoing/proactive/motivating personality.
Essential understanding of product windowing and associated economics

Desirable
Experience of working with contracts/ understanding of legality

Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
IT literate- advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills, intermediate PowerPoint
