Eaton has an opening of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand, located in Singapore office.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Southeast Asia & ANZ, this position will be responsible for the sourcing, attracting and acquiring of exceptional professional level talent across Eaton Corporation in Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. He/She will focus on working with hiring managers and human resource managers to define hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires throughout the corporation. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will drive all search activities i.e., proactive recruiting, pre-screening of candidates, determination of sourcing methodology & tools, selection and management of search firm (when applicable), reporting, structure of interviews, and ensuring search focus is maintained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support the hiring activities for all EATON business entities in Southeast Asia & ANZ by providing hiring teams with consultative support and strong customer service.
Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, print media, networking and agencies.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, alumni groups, as well as business and trade associations to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly qualified candidates for future employment.
Develop creative recruiting methods to minimize or eliminate the use of contingency and retained search firms; but when necessary, be the single point of contact and manage the recruitment efforts of the outside third party vendor.
As the driver of the recruiting process, the consultant needs to ensure the hiring team receives an adequate flow of resumes, the resumes are reviewed and feedback is provided in a timely fashion, qualified candidates are interviewed quickly and an offer is extended and accepted. This module will match the metrics -- cost-per-hire, time-to-accept, customer service, etc…
Maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the applicant tracking system (BrassRing). Will be a BrassRing super-user assisting HR partners with reporting.
Participate in the continuous building and update of the regional database with a viable network including talented professionals (potential candidates) and key information from top organizations in industrial market.
Build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners in order to assess their needs and provide solutions. Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Keep hiring managers, HR partners and candidates informed of search progress. Appropriate and consistent communications will ensure a positive client and candidate experience.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of recruiting within a MNC, or a retained or contingent search firm serving MNCs. Overall 10 years of working experience.
Experience conducting searches using a variety of resources including direct sourcing, networking, internet tools, research, search firms and other creative search strategies.
Experience in recruiting professionals within the industrial or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required as long as the candidate has relevant recruiting experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
The ability to travel up to 10% as business needs dictate.
Self-driven and proactive. Possess professional maturity, able to function independently and responsibly.
