Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Work proactively with the Commercial and Business client segments (Retail products) to develop & implement Trade Strategy and propositions to fully utilize and optimize TB capabilities
o Be the key point of contact for the segment, country TB team and product partners for Commercial/Business Client Banking trade related initiatives and queries
o Develop Full Factoring proposition and commercialize it globally for Commercial and Business clients

o Work closely with the Commercial/Business Clients segment and individual trade product managers to identify client needs and develop suitable client value propositions (CVP)
o Develop product bundling strategies appropriate to industry verticals within the Commercial and Business Client segment
o Support trainings for trade products and related topic for these segments
* Align and deliver TB objectives in these segments
o Establish and launch collective accountability with Global Sales for commercialization initiatives within the Commercial and Business client Segments
* Support Trade Product Governance for the Commercial and Retail Product
o Support transition of governance structure into TB governance model
o Manage communication in relation to trade product governance to various stakeholders as required
o Support the segment, retail product and TB teams in country on trade PGC approvals
* Maintain standards and role model behaviours that demonstrate the core values of the bank

Qualifications & Skills

* At least 10 plus years experience in Commercial Banking / SME Banking
* Ability to understand the SME/Commercial banking market in order to determine the appropriate strategy and Operating Plans for increasing our market share
* Good general knowledge of a Bank's products, policies, regulations and business strategy; knowledge of Transaction Banking pro
* General understanding of the economic, political and business environment of Asia, Africa and the Middle East
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness
* Program/Project management skills
