Job description
Position Summary
An experienced Regional MNC Treasury Sales Manager, with individual and team portfolio responsible for driving the MNC treasury sales strategy for Technology, Media and Telecom and Diversified/Industrials industries in APAC. This role reports into the Head of Corporate Sales. This individual will be responsible for partnering with GCB, TS HQ and country teams to drive and deliver financial goals against targeted North America/ EMEA / LATAM HQ companies operating across Asia Pacific, with primary focus of Asia Pacific key decision makers and influencers based in Singapore.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Sales of the entire product suite including core cash clearing, liquidity and foreign exchange solutions
Proactive identification & solicitation of new names with the focus on delivering new business revenue for MNC in-bound into APAC
Provide senior relationship management coverage for key clients including the development of multiple contacts at regional office level in Hong Kong and/or China
Build successful relationships with internal lines of businesses to maximize revenue growth with target clients
Take the lead role in the preparation and submission of RFPs (i.e. coordinating the deal team, ensuring deadlines are met, etc)
People & Talent Management for the Regional sales team members supporting the related portfolio
Timely completion of client call reports & KYC compliance requirements
Active participation in internal & external industry sessions
Liaison with the account management, solution centre & operations team to execute timely and efficient resolution of client-related issues that are escalated to the sales team
Key account planning including assisting with setting and implementing new strategies

Qualifications

Skills/Experience:
15 years experience in regional cash and liquidity management sales experience
A good understanding of the MNC industry in Asia Pacific
Successful track record in new business development & senior relationship management and ability to influence key stakeholders
People management including coaching, recruiting and retaining

Education

Graduation / post-graduation. CA / MBA from a reputed institute preferred. CCM (Certified Cash Manager) or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certification are a plus
