Are you an expert in continuous improvement tools and techniques across different functions within the business?

Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to lead the LEGO Continuous Improvement function within The LEGO® Group and contribute to the attainment of the overall department focus in Asia Pacific region.


Join the LEGO Continuous Improvement team and help us to achieve our ambitious goals

•Build LCI capabilities (mindset, structures and competencies) in the Singapore hub and APAC area: Customer value understanding; Processes and standardization; Visual management; Problem Solving - Root Causing; and Involvement and Engagement.
•Create, implement and continuously use global standards and feedback with improvement points.
•Provide coaching and sparring to senior leaders.
•Challenge and coach APAC Leadership Team to improve overall LCI capabilities.
•Contribute to the overall global LCI strategy within the LEGO® Group.

Play a key role in implementing the LEGO Continuous Improvement mindset within APAC region

This position will be the spearhead for our LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) efforts in Singapore. As we grow our presence in Asia, this position will build and head up a team of LCI consultants to support APAC and the Singapore Hub in delivering the business ambition through strategic and tactical implementation of a Continuous Improvement mindset, structure and competencies.
The position will work closely with and act as sparring partner to senior leadership people to drive the creation of a continuous improvement mindset at all levels of the organisation.

What we’re looking for

•Bachelor or masters degree in Business Administration or Engineering with minimum 5 years of continuous improvement or lean implementation experience in an administrative environment.
•An expert in continuous improvement tools and techniques across different functions within a business and familiar with systems thinking.
•Experience working with senior management to secure mandate and support for continuous improvement introduction.
•Experience as an internal or external consultant or coach.
•Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
•Ability to handle / balance multiple priorities at the same time
•A good listener and a strong collaborator with high level of ethics and integrity.
