Director - Business Development - Enterprise Sales - Salesforce - Singapore


Job description
The Salesforce Business Development organization is a team of highly skilled enterprise sales development leaders who drive multiple high-priority sales development projects globally. Reporting into our Global Business Development organization, you will be aligned to our Area VP of Enterprise Sales, Asia and be responsible for driving those high-priority, complex and high impact programs that drives Asia revenue growth. You will serve as a single point of contact to the region with sales readiness, marketing, product management, Industry Business Unit, and Services (CFL).

You will work with Sales Strategy & Operations to maintain extensive knowledge of current regional execution performance, trends, and conditions and will work closely with the AVP to design and execute a plan to address short term hotspots and long term strategic goals.

Responsibilties
This individual contributor will be responsible for helping the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) global sales organization achieve their quarterly pipeline goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for enabling the EBU sales organization in Asia with the critical data needed to create strategies for pursuing territories and target install base accounts.
Define and execute strategies and programs to drive EBU sales performance within the AVP’s region.
Engage with Sales Readiness, Marketing, & Product Management to bring needed resources, programs, localized content, events into Asia.
Engage in strategic planning with AVP to design & execution demand generation surge programs
Empower AE’s with an Asia Sales Playbook complete with conversation material, sales assets, enablement materials, success stories, and marketing door opener suggests.
Works with available data to optimize customer/account targeting
Develop key pipeline performance metrics & dashboards that help sales leaders focus on key performance drivers.

Requirements:
10+ years sales experience in Enterprise Sales.
Maintain deep understanding of the regional pipeline, trends, regional risk.
Define execution strategy and supporting sales program that can be deployed locally to drive growth within our install base.
Single point of contact within the EBU for the collaboration, communication, and execution of our sales programs designed to grow our Enterprise Sales business in designated region.
Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to define, refine & implement sales programs that get adopted by AE, procedures and policies.
Ability to interpret sophisticated analysis of complex regional data and translate the results into actionable deliverables.
Experience managing personnel and contributing toward the development of a regional strategy.
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management.
University Degree.
