Reporting to the Director of Business Management and Sales Operations, Printing and Personal Systems Group, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), the Director of Sales Operations Centre of Excellence will lead the c entralized strategy development and execution for channel partner operations which includes process, system and tool support in the area of opportunity tracking, B2B ecommerce, configure/price & quote, partner compensation and claims, partner contracts, & partner support.
He/she will also manage the operations of our global account operations managers (G-AOMs) to provide operational support to select global accounts. Key Responsibilities · Deliver required tools for Asia Pacific and Japan partners & sales organizations in the area of configure, price and quote, partner compensation and financial claims. Develop and deploy required tools and manage continuous improvement · Lead management of change as it relates to implementation of process and tools for partners and sales. · Partner compensation payment process and tools including MDF claims and other financial claims · Partner Portal management including content and infrastructure and partner communications · Partner Deal Registration process design and ongoing maintenance · CRM support (helpdesk for partners SFDC instance) · Partner Enablement including partner profiling and partner program administration · Partner Care management (partner helpdesk on tools, compensation, and other operational queries). · Partner contracts management including terms and conditions development and contract repository management. · B2B ecommerce infrastructure set up and ongoing maintenance with select partners and customers. · Global Account Operations leadership. Lead a team of regional global account operations managers to deliver ongoing operational support to select global accounts, including contract SLA monitoring and proactive product delivery communication. · Regional call center infrastructure management (telephony) · Regional product demonstration program maintenance · Collaboration with global teams for tools and process requirements definition · Business prioritization, business case development for new tools.

Qualifications & Experience Required:* o 8 years technology industry experience in sales operations o Proven success in development and implementation of sales and partner pricing & quoting tools o Proven success in process development and execution o Increasing level of responsibility in past 5 years working experience including people management. o Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail . o Excellent written communication skills with proven experience in executive communication preparation o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders o Be able to adapt quickly to changing environments with a high level of problem solving and decision making skills o Ability to work independently without excessive direction o Ability to deal with ambiguity when making quick decisions o Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from individual contributor to senior executives o A high level of business maturity with an ability to maintain composure in high pressure environments o Proficiency level skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. o Proficiency in CRM tools including SFDC.
