Director Account CA Technologies Singapore

Job Description:
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing assigned industry accounts for CA and promote our entire portfolio of solutions to the client. This position will help create an efficient strategy while working closely with your internal network and by providing your expertise in all phases of a sales opportunity – from identification and qualification right through closure.
• Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities
• Have a passion for developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and ultimately closing business.

• Develop relationships and leverage channel including territory account planning and leads generation with channel partners.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments & govt regulations that affect target markets

• Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting & ensure Salesforce is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis.

• Provide feedback to appropriate CA parties on product enhancements or services that would be beneficial to the customer and potentially generate additional revenue.

• Be committed to demonstrate thought leadership and expertise to the customer.

• Understand and navigate the customer's buying process.

• Lead account reviews and customer satisfaction survey processes to assess overall client satisfaction. Act on results.

• Responsible for territory planning through research, development & maintenance of long and short range sales & marketing plans Key responsibilities



Requirement



• At least of 5+ years’ experience in direct sales AND/OR partner sales working with enterprise software products or services

• Some recent experience in the assigned industry targeting Hi-Tech, Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities, Transport and Logistics in Singapore market

• Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, needs listening, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions

• C-level high ‘touch-sales’ experience will be looked upon favorably

• Process-oriented, strategic approach to selling with a track record of qualifying and closing complex, high value sales transaction

• Ability to manage territory, considering each and all accounts collectively; establish accurate plans and forecasts • Ability to generate short-terms results while holding a long-term perspective to maximize overall territory viability

• Excellent communication skills
