Job Description:
The Talent Partner – Director has a Matrix relationship to Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of HR and dedicated to the EMS division, the Talent Partner will be responsible for: Architecting the talent strategy and facilitating the creation of people plans for the EMS division in collaboration with the appropriate HR teams and business leaders. Bringing forward enterprise standards as a platform for creating the talent strategy, including defining the tools, processes and solutions needed to accelerate the business strategy. Driving talent and succession management, high potential identification, coaching and pipeline development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Development agenda on behalf of the VP of HR for EMS functions to ensure an end-to-end integrated talent strategy is implemented.
- Architect the talent strategy and associated road map to meet the specific needs of the business by getting alongside the business and HR leaders and developing a deep understanding of the business drivers in order to ensure these are converted into talent strategies/plans.
- Facilitate the development of a People Plan by bringing the right HR leaders around the table. Leverage business insights and workforce insights to ensure a robust people plan is designed and implemented.
- Actively partner with VP of Talent Management and VP’s of HR to ensure solid alignment on talent strategies and people plans in support of the business’s short and long term plans.
- Work with the VP’s of HR, the HR teams and people managers across the business to lead and embed Jabil’s principles and overall enterprise approach to talent calibration, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Lead and implement Jabil’s HD process and road map for each division and corporate/ capabilities functions, including defining and customizing the tools and processes, as appropriate to the need.
- Complete comprehensive diagnostics of talent requirements and build a scalable process for providing insights to leaders on strengths and development areas.
- Provide executive development support and coaching to senior business leaders, including career, performance, development and relationship coaching support.
- Provide deep expertise in talent evaluation and assessment with both individual leaders and talent pools and be accountable for talent assessment tools and processes.
- Champion change in the organization and be a powerful force for talent development through external thought leadership, bringing in market-leading thinking and new approaches that move the organization forward.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships within the HR community that facilitates the right approach to optimizing Jabil’s talent.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Talent Management in a high growth industry or similar/ adjacent industry to Jabil.
- 7+ years of Director Level or above experience (strategy development/shaping + implementation).
