Job Description:
Oracle Financial Services Software is seeking for a new Consulting Practice Director to manage and oversee APAC accounts, maintain and enhance Client relationships, look for cross sales and up sales opportunities, monitor / manage projects based on the role defined for different engagements. Does budget / financials forecast and tracking for the Client Engagements including Billing and Invoicing, resource forecasting and coordination for the region. Act as the first point of escalation for any client site Issues and resolving them, foresee risks and plan for mitigation for the region. Engaging into Consulting sales opportunities of this region and work with the sales teams to convert opportunities to deals
You are responsible for managing business operations and resources of a given practice that can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region.
You are responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice, also accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice.
You are responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer.

Desired Skills and Experience
Graduates, With proven experience in DWH and BFSI. Additional Certification and Qualification in Management and relevant areas will added advantage.
Minimum Overall experience of 15 years with at least 2 large scale OFSSA Implementation experience
Should have worked in a Project / Program manager role in the last 5 years
Deep OFSAA product knowledge with proficiency in at least 2-3 OFSS applications
Good working knowledge in the risk disciplines like Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Fraud Risk, Banking Risk, Compliance and other key regulatory requirements like Basel etc
Strong communication / negotiation skills
Strong team leading and team building skills with a large team handling experience
Ability to operate at senior level with clients
Ability to perform multiple roles based on the engagement model
