Job Description:
Lead the Consumer Insights client servicing team across SEA, enabling market resources to maintain and grow the client base so as to achieve planned business and financial objectives.
Main responsibilities include:
Work with the Consumer Insights Market leaders to drive the CI strategy across markets.
Work closely with the Regional Managing Director of CI to identify and partner with external service providers & third parties to enhance the overall product portfolio.
Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients with plans to cross sell and introduce new services to current clients.
Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned by continuous monitoring of actual vs budgeted performance, budget restrictions and proper pricing.
Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the sub-region and provide continuous feedback on competitive activities across key clients.
Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product / solution sales.
Responsible for revenue and profitability for the CI segment across SEA
Desired Skills and Experience
BA / BS Required (MBA desirable).
10 to 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a client relationship or key account manager role
Working knowledge of consumer research and how to apply these into executable strategies
Candidates with research-related industry experience will have an advantage
Good communicator, excellent sales and negotiation skills
