Job Description:
Lead and drive the Regional/Local Creative Services teams to adapt and tailor global direction to better suit the local store and shop-in-shop environments building brand equity, elevating the store experience and emotionally engaging the consumer.
Key Metrics:
·Adapt/tailor/execute visual direction to specific local needs and continually review, refine and upgrade all components based on global kit of parts and seasonal direction.
·Deeply understand the brand esthetic, local market, and consumer insights to support business plans and build brand equity throughout the region.
·Develop and execute a visual presentation strategy for the region including window concepts, styling, visual merchandising, in-store creative tailored from global direction with a centralized point of view for the region.
·Partner with global creative services team to provide insight into local/city needs.
·Build a high performing, self-motivated and highly creative team who delivers consistently and thrives on improving performance.
·Ensure planning and quality for all Creative Services and Visual Merchandising direction for brand environments
for APD region.
·Deliver brand appropriate on-floor presentations adapted from global rig for store/shop-in-shop environments.
·Manage a team that tailors and executes visual presentations including local regional line launches, window
concepts, styling, merchandising, in-store creative, signage and navigation based on global kit of parts.
·Deliver store-type segmented visual/creative direction to field based on global seasonal guide.
·Strong relationships with regional brand environment country leads, store planning, and brand marketing leads to
ensure cohesive on-floor presentation.
·Direct special projects/one off events/store window needs/special marketing integrations and collaborations.

Job requirements

6 - 8 years in Creative Services, Store Planning, Visual Merchandising and Styling with proven ability to develop, sell-in and successfully execute programs for selling branded apparel in a variety of retail formats.
·Strong experience in Vertical & Independent Store planning and visual merchandising
·Excellent presentation skills
¨Ability to execute creative ideas
·Fashion retail and styling experience
·Window and visual presentation skills
·Interior decor experience a plus
·Good people management ability
