The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Compliance Learning through producing and supporting the production of relevant, timely and measurable training modules and programmes within the Compliance curriculum and in response to other requirements for ad hoc training.
Within The Overall Compliance Learning Framework And As Assigned
Provide support to Training Needs Analyses as required.
To consult with relevant stakeholders and determine the learning requirements and solutions as appropriate.
Design, build and deliver learning curricula
Design, develop and evaluate strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Develop content and/or review and enhance content provided by others
Ensure that all Compliance training modules apply appropriate standards of instructional design including the CADDIE model.
Liaise with and support internal subject matter experts.
Liaise and work with third party content providers and / or eLearning developers
Align with key internal stakeholders including Learning, LSSC and relevant Programme Directors.
Ensure management of and adherence to timelines and manage any third parties, both internal and external, to effect delivery on a timely basis.
Manage training logistics either directly or by ensuring the appropriate people within the Bank manage logistics on a timely basis.
Assist the head of compliance learning with the development and implementation of the strategy and framework
Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with the compliance stakeholders.
Qualifications And Skills
Excellent working knowledge of the financial services industry and particularly regulatory Compliance
Excellent Instructional Design knowledge and skills
Experience of dealing with various contributors to training including internal and external contributors
Analytical skills applied to training needs
Excellent communication skills
Possesses sound working knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Delivery of objectives as agreed with Head of Compliance learning
