Job Description:
Engage C-suite and senior line of business buyers to evangelize the data monetization concept, the value of telco based insights & and how Dataspark’s offerings can enable telco to exploit the value of telco data and insights. Work with clients to identify & create funded projects. Lead the Dataspark pursuit team in international markets to articulate & demonstrate our value propositions through the engagement process.
Understand C-suite buyer’s strategic imperatives and how Dataspark offerings can support them. Identify appropriate routes to market and appropriate access route to the C-suite executives. Drive evangelism & prospecting so as to identify new clients & opportunities


Apply knowledge as the subject matter expert in the field of big data and analytics for telco.
Providing sales leadership to qualify, create value for clients & progress sales opportunities to closure
Work appropriate business partners and/or units within Singtel group to create an effective solution for the client
Where necessary, identify, develop & recruit business partners and lead these partners in client engagements to build their selling competencies.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators.
Responsible for monitoring & guiding the delivery of projects to ensure client satisfaction
Meet & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for contract signings & booked revenue. Expected to carry of $5.5mil quota for operating revenue and a $13mil quota for total contract signings


Requirements
Bachelors/Masters or related degree
Core focus in Marketing, Computer science or technology related disciplines
At least 13 years proven sales record in the software/ solutions & consulting industries
At least 10 years of proven solution consulting experience
At least 10 years of experience in the field of big data & analytics in the telco industry
At least 7 years of consulting selling experience demonstrating ability to sell to C-level executives
Experience & track record not only in ASEAN but in telco accounts outside of Singtel affiliates
Ability to provide consultancy to business leaders as a trusted advisor.
Strategic planning and territory management skill
An outstanding ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on Dataspark solution
Background in software or consulting sales for analytics & big data solutions
Has experience managing various levels of stakeholders and external clients
Is confident in presenting proposals and gathering customer requirements and delivering results
Experience leading virtual teams cross cultural & international teams
Thrives in ambiguous environments
Experience working in telco environment
Experience working in start up environment
Understands how to use various offerings of DataSpark and merge with insight to deliver new insight products
