The successful candidate will be:
actively involved in origination and execution of M&A deals for Southeast Asian clients
providing Buy and Sell side M&A services to major corporate, SMEs and private equity funds
initiating business development and marketing activities
reviewing financial models, information memorandums, due diligence process and documents related to the transaction
advising clients on deal structure, valuation, approach
Spearheading and managing the entire M&A process
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should:
possess no less than 8 years of relevant corporate finance and M&A experience
be able to demonstrate sound technical and practical knowledge
have a strong track record in deal completion
be a team leader with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
possess strong quantitative skills complemented by a strong business and commercial acumen
