Job Description:
Understands key project/program management components a takes ownership of an assigned project from initiation through delivery. Interfacing with internal customers (sales teams), establishing a collaborative relationship with stake holders and project contributors (Marketing, Oracle Direct, Business Development Consultants). Drive and manage project plan to overcome road-blocks and ensure the successful completion of project/program. Responsible for lifecycle of the sales plans and projects. Key person organizing all projects/programs activities including designing, planning, reporting, interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring project deliverables remain on schedule. Key component is to DESIGN the right CX program/project to create the right demand generation and the right industry/region.
Execute programs and monitor outcome and make fast decisions to stop or enhance the programs
Use the right Design the right CX programs in line with industry & geographies available tools and social applications to drive new generation cloud focused programs.
Transformation agent to move business from ON-PREMISE model to CLOUD model.
Multiple industries penetration planning and execution.
Key focus on install base penetration strategies. (Must have knowledge or awareness of oracle Cloud CX and Siebel capabilities)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for driving in a collaborative fashion the project team to complete against targeted deliverables by providing vision, strategy and approach by setting priorities and removing potential escalations and overcoming roadblocks.
Manages deliverables of assigned projects/programs by invoking design plans/development plans / roadmaps, driving actions, reporting updates, communication changes and prioritization tasks. Designs the right programs for CX Cloud with the APAC CENTRALIZED PROGRAMS DIVISION.
Creat the right project/programs approaches having gained support from project sponsors and the mobilization of resources. Understand business and project risks, including development of contingency plans.
Delivers a communications plan involving periodic reports to direct management, impacted audiences and other wider general communications via written documentation, presentations, website tools, email, verbal mechanisms or face to face meetings.
Monitors programs/project performance against established metrics and targets.
Ensures that programs/project content is in full compliance with company policy and local government regulations.
75% Travel with great intercommunication skills with people from other regions.
Good relationship building capabilities with R&D Team. Able to speak technically if needed with R&D
Capable to build justifications for marketing investments with data points and market intelligence.
Design and execute install base co-existence with cloud applications sales programs.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
