Job Description:
Kiosked is now investing heavily into APAC as we look to significantly grow our profile and business across the region. We are looking for a talented, committed and connected Director Publisher Development who will play a key role in developing and executing Kiosked’s supply side strategy in the APAC region.
The successful candidate will build and lead a team of regionally focussed sellers and account managers whilst collaborating closely with Kiosked Country Managers in key markets. This is a unique opportunity to help a leading industry innovator and explorer build out its publisher facing business across a dynamic and growing region.
You are a stand-out candidate with solid experience and knowledge of the programmatic and publisher world, you have the ability to plan and execute. You will be entrepreneurial and dynamic with a strong work ethic; you will be a strong leader who is happy to get their hands dirty as we build out a successful APAC business.
The Director Publisher Development will engage at a senior commercial level with the regions’ major publisher groups and online content publishers, promoting the Kiosked brand to these organisations and ensuring the supply side growth of our content monetisation platform. You will naturally have a stellar black book of contacts.
The role will require regular international travel and report to the MD APAC.
Responsibilities
Grow platform volume and revenue to meet and exceed goals
Develop the regional supply side strategy
Secure strategic level relationships with client contacts within the region
Regularly secure client meetings to further sales objectives with senior clients/publisher contacts
Constant monitoring and analysis of progress and performance
Produce frequent and regular business status updates
Expert level understanding of the Kiosked platform capabilities and their value proposition for partners
Translate the value proposition to drive business growth and revenue with supply partners
Be a team player with a keen understanding for internal cross-functional & international communication/collaboration across multiple operational teams within Kiosked
Attend appropriate industry events, conferences to effectively network and grow the Kiosked regional profile
Responsible for quarterly business reviews
Reaching or exceeding quarterly revenue goals
Requirements
5+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast paced, target driven supply side sales environment, specifically from an Ad Network, Exchange, DSP, Content Publisher, AdTech platform.
BA/BS degree required, MBA/JD a plus
Strong knowledge of selling to publisher and the online advertising industry in general
Strong knowledge of online pricing models, video market, mobile market, industry and audience trends
Ability to close deals and work independently with senior international contacts
Ability to plan and execute a supply side growth strategy
Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast paced environments with the ability to multi-task
Experience in direct sales to international content publishers
Proven track record of reaching targets and negotiating deals
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Ability to travel
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent presentation and communication skills
