The Business Development & Commercial Director, Services is required to identify, assess and drive the development of new areas of profitable service growth, within the Asia Pacific & China region. You are also required to assess competition and potential M&A or partnerships in line with the Region's strategic growth objectives and business gaps.
• Meet or exceed operating plan and margin targets
• Analyze trends and develop next strategic move.
• Propose new solution and develop offer portfolio to address new or unaddressed customer needs trends.
• Grow China & Asia Pacific Service volume and margin
• Partner and develop actions with all concerned units / stakeholders
• Accountable for Service business profitable growth in China & Asia Pacific
• Manage functionally the China & Asia Pacific Service Sales Force
• Responsible for market assessment process; defining and implementing the business development strategy
• Coordinate Service Units Business Development actions in the Region
• Drive and coordinate major Sales actions
• Ensure that Sales & Tendering processes are followed
• Monitor & analyze the Sales performance and propose improvement actions
Qualifikationen/Anforderungen •Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
•More than 8 years of relevant commercial and business development experience in the relevant industries.
•Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
•Strong coordination and influencing skills
•Knowledge of customer financial drivers / needs
•Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
