The Treasury Advisory team works with clients in operational areas such as: Liquidity/Cash optimization, Foreign Exchange Management, Debt Strategy and Derivatives applications. To ensure that we deliver the best possible advice and solutions, we also have a global network of expertise and resources behind us.
We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our Treasury Advisory team at the Director level:
Lead team or operate independently to scope and implement Treasury projects for Clients
Projects include (and not limited to):
Cash forecast methodology
Bank Accounts Rationalisation
Structuring Request-For-Proposals (RFPs) with Client’s panel of
Banks or technology vendors
Cash Management implementation/project management
System solutions implementation / project management
Liaise with Client’s executives and external banking professional as required
Identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions
Lead Client presentations
Roles:
Business development to grow practice and lead teams to execute projects
Increase the profile of the service line, both externally and internally
Support and coach junior members of the team
Build and manage relationships with other practice areas of Deloitte
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of Treasury / Cash Management experience with multi-national corporations or Professional Services firm
Prior transaction banking experience with commercial banks a plus
Able to work independently and lead project teams
Process-oriented mind set, project management skills; preferably Six-sigma trained
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work well with others
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualized new approaches and solutions
Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
The following qualifications would be desirable:
CPA, CFA, MBA or other equivalent designation (completed or in progress)
