The People & Change practice helps local and global clients achieve their goals by ensuring the workforce reaches its full potential. From Organisation Design, through to HR Transformation, M&A HR Advisory, Workforce Analytics and Behavioural Change Management, we proudly deliver HR & people solutions that impact bottom line results.
As a Director you will listen, reflect, shape and deliver transformation projects that respond to our clients' workforce challenges. You will be expected to take ownership for building a practice area, managing sales and ensuring quality delivery through effective solutions and team development.

Responsibilities include:
Solution & Delivery of People-based Transformation Projects
• Identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions based on experience, best practice methodologies, local & global resources and research.
• Collaborating across service lines and functions on multi-year, multi-discipline client opportunities and ensuring appropriate focus and budget allocation for People & Change components.
• Developing and overseeing implementation plans to ensure execution of project deliverables to schedule, budget, practice KPIs and client expectations.
• Assessing and managing risk throughout projects, ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory requirements.

Sales, Client Management and Revenue Generation
• Creating go-to-market propositions in line with workforce challenges and identified market opportunities e.g. building new lines of business, extending existing propositions, deepening of wallet share per client.
• Developing and managing key client relationships throughout sales and project lifecycle, to ensure win-win match between client and firm expectations
• Building lasting & trusting advisory relationships with clients by understanding theirs needs, identifying opportunities and participating in local & global platinum account activities – strategy planning, targeted events, client satisfaction interviews

Practice Management
• Working within risk and governance criteria to ensure all foundational and administrative duties are completed.
• Developing P&C team delivery capability by managing and sourcing talent, and coaching against performance expectations both on and off projects.
• Working with partner group to improve overall proposition and delivery standards by providing client insight and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Creating point of views and thought leadership to enhance overall personal and firm reputation.
• Leading practice building activities e.g. key-note speaking, market offering development, recruitment and team-building.

Skills & Expertise Required:
• In-depth knowledge of People & Change Practice areas – Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Optimization, HR Advisory.
• Depth in at least 2 HR domain areas –manpower planning, recruitment & selection, comp & bens, talent management, learning & development, performance management, shared services, HR technology etc.
• Experience working with MNCs, in Financial Services will be an added advantage.
• Preferential experience working in Singapore and across ASEAN region.
• Proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting/professional services environment will be an added advantage.
