Job description
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute a market leading digital strategy which should reflect and build on the Private Bank’s brand and Client Value Proposition. The bank aspires to be our clients’ main digital bank and this position will focus on all aspects of digital connection with the clients and the interface with our staff.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, present and execute a complete client focused digital strategy which should aim for market excellence in user experience.
Manage the Private Bank client facing digital channels including the external website, the private site (Portfolio View and Messaging), mobile devices, social media etc.
Work closely with the frontline staff to ensure full understanding and support of the digital strategy and the positive impact on client experience.
Work closely with the Consumer Bank Group Digital Banking Team to deliver the goals of the Private Bank.
Be the Private Bank lead on all global and regional digital initiatives and strategies.
Support any global marketing plans of the Private Bank aimed at driving brand positioning and experience.
Maintain competitor benchmarking with the goal of being the best digital bank for our clients.
Continually look to improve the digital strategy opportunities through monitoring of innovative technologies (not limited to banking) which enhance the client experience.
Prepare reports and metrics on digital channel usage and progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience of creating and delivering digital client communications and services to complement overall business strategy.
Self motivated, able to work on an individual basis and to liaise and partner with key stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
Ability to source information within the organisation and externally.
Visionary and creative ability to identify trends and use the information in strategic context.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Ability to express key messages in clear, concise and easy to understand business language.
Ability to manage multiple projects & programme management.
