Central Services Manager - Apple - Singapore


Job description
Central Services plays a key role in assisting Sales teams achieve their targets by maintaining processes that facilitate seamless sales execution. The team works closely with internal sales departments, resellers, service providers and end users of Apple product, and manages a constant stream of tasks initiated through phone & email queues, face to face interaction and ongoing longer term projects.

The team is responsible for high volume, low complexity functions that support the ANZ and South Asia regions, including:

- Data management of all customer, reseller and point of sale information
- Management of sales tasks such as quoting, pricing requests, linking and end-customer creation
- General administrative tasks supporting Sales programs
- System support and data maintenance
- Provision of ad-hoc and regular reports from the various sales related systems maintained by the team

Key Qualifications

Ability to manage a diverse group of people and responsibilities, and extensive experience in managing operational aspects of the sales processes.
Ability to interact and influence effectively with people at all levels, including senior / executive management, external suppliers, customers, and individual contributors.
Strong conceptual and process-focused thinking abilities.
Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Extensive knowledge of sales and non-sales corporate functions.
Experience in a phone-based relationship sales and / or customer-service orientated environment.

A key aspect of the role is ensuring that the capabilities and offerings of the Central Services team continuously evolve to meet the changing needs of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with regional functional teams and participate pro-actively in discussions to drive collaboration and innovation.

Education

Relevant tertiary education and industry qualifications would be beneficial.

Additional Requirements

This is a non-commissioned, full-time position based in Singapore.
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
Occasional international travel should be expected.
